How quickly will I hear back?

Demo requests get a response within 24 hours. Candidate support inquiries within 2 business days. Commercial partnerships in 2–3 business days. Product integration and marketing collaboration inquiries within 3–5 business days. We publish these timelines because we hold ourselves to them.

I'm currently being interviewed by C-Factor AI and something isn't working. What do I do?

Use the Candidate Support option above that’s the fastest path. We route candidate issues ahead of everything else because candidates are on a clock. If you’re mid-assessment right now, you can also refresh the page or restart the interview link your employer sent you.

Do you have phone support?

For enterprise customers with active contracts, yes your account manager has a direct line and typically responds within the same business day. For everyone else, we start with email or the form-based routes above, then move to a call when it helps.

Where are you actually based?

C-Factor AI is built by The Talent Games team, with offices in Singapore and Karachi. Our Singapore office is located on Tong Sen Street, while our Karachi office is in Phase V, Zamzama.

Can I request that my candidate data be deleted?

Yes. Data deletion is a right, not a favour. Use the Candidate Support option above, or email legal@cfactor.ai directly. We process deletion requests within 30 days (usually faster) and confirm in writing when it’s done. This is spelled out in our Ethical AI framework.
